Set up Han Tai Welding & Research Co.,Ltd with NT$20 million capital.

1994
Moved to current location in March and became the Approved Vendor for Defense Ministry in June.

1996
Signed the contract of technical and business cooperation with Japanese thermal spray leading company TOCALO.

1999
Increased capital to NT$80 million, buying more equipments as HVOF spraying machine, big grinder CNC, treatment furnace ZAC, vertical lathe, and big size equipments… Contracted with TOCALO in Feb. to bring in technology for semi- conductor and LCD industries. Contracted with FUJICO for advanced hardfacing process in March.

Acquired ISO 9002 certificate as of the first company getting this approval in Taiwan. In the same month again evaluated through the defense industry manufacturers.

Acquired ISO 9001 certificate in July. Contract of plasma etching parts parts spraying technical with TOCALO in October.

In July, Han Tai Technology Co., Ltd was renewed and increased capital to NT$100 million. Expanded factory and more equipments of thermal spray & cleaning for TFT-LCD G6.

Extended R & D division for new advancing technologies. Contracted with AMAT USA & TEL Japan in August. Cooperated as partnership investing TOCALO &Han Tai Co.,Ltd in Guangzhou China.

Capital increase to NT&120 million Contracted with TEL for sputtering, etching parts by Y2O3 and Al2O3. Established new anodizing factory and TFT-LCD G8 cleaning plant. Established Han Tai Group, SOREX WELDING CO.,LTD & KUNSHAN GINTUNE WELDING CO.,LTD & LEADERWELD ALLOY ROD VIETNAM CO.,LTD
